World Bank Delegation Field Visit With support from the CLICK Project and Local Government Department Sindh, KMC becomes the first local council to adopt the SAP system for digitalizing salaries and pensions. Umm-e-Huzaifa Park was inaugurated by Chairman Town Municipal Committee, Mr. Atif Ali Khan, along with other respected members of the community. The PIU team along with World Bank representatives conducted field visit to various ongoing schemes. During the visit they identified areas of opportunity for PIU's intervention. A workshop regarding the Bidding Procedures of World Bank procurement and a session for encouraging new Contractors to participate in the upcoming Bidding process was held on 14th April’2025 at Hotel Mehran. On 23rd March 2025, Baradari park was inaugurated by Minister Local Government, Mr. Saeed Ghani.
